Because every item is custom-printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, colour, or change of mind — so please double-check sizing charts before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we'll sort it with a free reprint or full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery at chokeculture1@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. No need to send anything back.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. If an unsuccessful delivery was caused by an incorrect address, a reprint can be arranged but may incur an additional charge.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3-5 business days, please reach out to us.
