Choke Culture – Shipping Policy
Every roll takes preparation, and so does your gear. Because Choke Culture operates on a custom, made-to-order model to ensure the highest quality, our shipping process is split into two phases: Fulfillment (making your gear) and Transit (shipping it to your door).
1. Total Delivery Timeline
Your total wait time is calculated by adding production time to the shipping time:

Fulfillment (Production): It takes 2–5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your order before it leaves the facility.

Shipping Transit Times: Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows depend on your mats' location:

Australia & New Zealand: 2–14 business days

United States: 3–4 business days

Europe: 4–8 business days

International / Rest of World: 10–20 business days

2. Multi-Item Shipping & Split Shipments
We use a flat-rate shipping structure that rewards multi-item orders. Your first item carries a standard shipping base rate, and every additional item added to that same order features a heavily discounted rate.
⚠️ Note on Split Packages: If you order different types of gear at the same time (for example, a heavy hoodie alongside a structured hat or custom banner), they may be produced at different facilities or require separate packaging shapes. In these rare cases, your order will arrive in multiple packages and separate shipping rates apply to ensure everything arrives undamaged.
3. Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

Lost in Transit: If your tracking history completely stops updating and the package never marks as "Delivered," it’s on us. Contact us at chokeculture1@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement reprint at zero cost to you.

Incorrect Address Details: Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to re-route and reship the package once it returns to our facility.
4. International Customs & Import Duties
If you are ordering across international borders, your package may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or VAT levied by your country’s customs authority. These additional fees are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid locally to clear the package through border control.
