At Choke Culture, every single item we ship is custom-printed and produced uniquely for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold inventory or pre-manufacture our stock, we cannot support returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind. Please double-check our sizing charts and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged Items & Manufacturing Errors

We want you to love your gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing error, we’ve got you covered.

  • What we offer: A free reprint or a full refund.

  • The timeframe: You must contact us within 30 days of the product being delivered.

  • How to claim: Reach out to us directly at chokeculture1@gmail.com with:

    1. Your order number.

    2. A clear, well-lit photo showing the issue.

  • Note: There is no need to mail the damaged product back to us.

Lost or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your package is lost in transit, or if an issue occurs during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. For unsuccessful deliveries caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, a reprint can be arranged but may incur an additional shipping/production charge.
